• Don’t have a referral yet? No problem. Simply schedule a sleep consultation with one of our specialists. We’ll take it from there.

From the moment we receive your referral or consultation request, we move fast:
• You’ll get scheduled within 2–4 weeks.
• We ship your home sleep test directly to you, and as a North Carolina-based company, shipping usually takes 2-5 days to arrive. This test comes with simple instructions and an app that walks you step by step through the process.
• You will also have direct access to our North Carolina based team that will be available Monday- Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-3pm with same day call backs if we are on the phone with other patients.
• Results are reviewed quickly by a board-certified sleep specialist, and your personalized treatment plan starts right away.
